Portsmouth University announces Transition Scholarships for EU students

Portsmouth University announced that EU residents will be eligible to apply for Transition Scholarships which will reduce the tuition fees amount to be the same as Home fees.
After the confirmation from UK Government that the Student Loan will no longer be available for EU nationals, students from Europe will no longer have the same fees as UK residents but will have to pay the same fees as International Students.
However, Portsmouth University will offer a Transition Scholarship. The scholarship will apply to new undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students in 2021/22.
The scholarship will be applied to your fees throughout the length of your course. As a result, the actual fee you’ll pay will be equivalent to the fee for UK students in 2021/22 and beyond. The scholarship will be set at different levels for different courses.
